Against the plush backdrop of the English and Far Eastern ambience of the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Las Colinas, an evening of chance, treasure seeking and fine dining will unfold on Saturday, Nov. 11th. Gems in the way of goods and services will be acquired by the persistent in the Live and Silent Auctions! The daring of heart will court Fortune’s favor at the gambling tables.

Greet the evening with “bon soir et bon chance” at the 6:30 p.m. Reception and Silent Auction. Wear your poker face as you scan the tables for the perfect holiday gift items and place your bids. Bide your time with a tall drink as you peruse the other treasure troves and secretly re-check the sheet to ensure your winning bid.

In keeping with our Monte Carlo theme, the Omni Mandalay’s menu will reflect a delightful array of Mediterranean fare. Enjoy a rainbow of antipasto, grilled vegetables, and Italian meats and cheeses while hob-nobbing during the reception. At dinner, choose from two light and fresh appetizers, three entrees with a European flair, a duo of palate pleasing side dishes, and plush Mandalay rolls with sweet cream butter. The evening crescendos with the excitement of the Live Auction and a last chance to claim your Silent Auction goodies, all while savoring Chef’ Garza’s own selection of desserts and pastries, followed with aromatic coffees and teas. But the fun’s not over yet!

During coffee and dessert, our Monte Carlo Casino opens with blackjack, roulette, and craps until midnight! And if that’s not enough, the evening will be interspersed with winning raffle announcements! Those who wish to make a night of it will find special rates available at the Omni.
