Electronic Bidding is here!
Debuting this year is our brand new electronic bidding system. Envision glowing touch screen kiosks enticing you from atop auction tables and even the bars. With wireless roaming computers, you will no longer have to be in the silent auction area to participate in the auction, you can participate from anywhere in the Colleyville Center, including right from your dinner table and throughout live auction.
Use the "My Bids" feature to see what items you are
winning and to easily re-bid on items you are losing.
Since the entire auction is automated, there is no
post-auction tabulation allowing us to keep our
silent auction open all evening. During the
auction, big screen projection will highlight live
auction items, current high bids, popular silent auction
items, items without bids, auction sponsors, and even
streaming video presentations.
Additionally, by using a computerized bidding environment, we are able to reduce
the amount of paper products by 80% as compared to traditional bid sheet auctions.
Still having trouble getting your mind around our new bidding system?? No problem, we will have "Bidding Girls" there to help with all your bidding needs!! If you find an item you would like to bid on but you are having difficulty with the electronic bidding system, simply flag down a "Bidding Girl" to assist you.
