Volunteer
There are so many ways that you can help make this year's Auction a resounding success! We are always looking for volunteers to help in a myriad of ways, one of which is sure to fit your schedule and interests.
Willing to pound the pavement? Team up with other Clariden parents to solicit sponsorships and donations for the auction as well as advertisements for our program.
Like to throw parties? Host a Great Gathering! We already have some wonderful donations such as Backyard Bocce, Mom's Bunco Night, Daddy & Me Rock Hunt, Peruvian Dinner, and Black Tie & Diamonds Dinner! Join in and contribute!
Have a creative side? Help the Art Team! They are meeting on Tuesday mornings to work through their ideas and get items ready for our children to work on!
Not a creative bone in your body? That's okay, you can still help the Art Team! Helpers are needed throughout the next few months to get the pick-up supplies, organize supplies, work with our children, even help our children clean up before they go back to class.
Have cute pictures of our Clariden children? Contribute them to the annual slide show/DVD we will be producing for Auction night.
Like moving things? Sign-up to help us transport and set-up the Artwork and auction items on the afternoon of the event. Or, stay late and help us wrap everything up. All hands welcome!
Don't have a lot of extra time? That's okay! In addition to buying a ticket to the auction, you can sponsor a Teacher's ticket, donate to the class baskets, buy raffle tickets, and invite your friends to the auction. Every dollar earned is another dollar for our school and our children!
